How should I clean my jewelry at home?

Gently clean your jewelry using a soft toothbrush and a mild soap diluted in warm water. After brushing lightly, rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. For a deeper clean, we recommend a professional cleaning once a year.

Can I wear my jewelry every day?

Our pieces are crafted to be worn and loved. However, we recommend removing fine jewelry before activities such as swimming, exercising, or applying lotions and perfumes, as these can affect metal and stone longevity.

How should I store my jewelry?

When not worn, store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratching and tangling. Avoid exposing jewelry to extreme temperatures and direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

Do you offer professional cleaning or polishing services?

Yes — we encourage annual professional cleanings to maintain brilliance. Contact us to arrange for complimentary polishing and inspection of your Rosier pieces.

Sizing & Adjustments

How do I find my ring size?

At this point in time, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to get your finger professionally sized.

Can my ring be resized?

Most Rosier rings can be resized. However, designs with intricate details or full eternity settings may have limitations. Please reach out, and we’ll guide you through the best solution for your piece.

What if I order the wrong size?

We offer one complimentary resizing on engagement rings and wedding bands within the first 90 days of purchase. Custom and one-of-a-kind pieces may require a case-by-case evaluation.

Ordering & Production

Are your designs made to order?

Many of our pieces are handcrafted specifically for you. Please allow 4–12 weeks for production, unless noted as “Ready to Ship.” If you need a piece by a specific date, reach out to us — we’ll do everything we can to accommodate.

Do you offer custom design services?

Materials & Ethics

What materials do you use?

We work exclusively with high-quality materials — including 14K and 18K gold, natural and lab diamonds and colored stones. All stones, whether natural or lab-created, are carefully hand-selected by our team of GIA-certified gemologists to ensure exceptional quality and ethical sourcing.

Are your diamonds ethically sourced?

Absolutely. Every diamond we use, both natural and lab-grown, adheres to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme, ensuring conflict-free sourcing and ethical practices.

Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

Do you offer returns?

Because each Rosier piece is handmade or made-to-order, all sales are final. Should you have an issue upon receipt, please contact us at info@rosierjewelry.com.

Do you offer repairs?

We are proud of the craftsmanship of every Rosier piece. If your jewelry ever needs attention, we are happy to offer repair services for a reasonable fee. Please contact us, and we will assess your piece and provide a quote.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States and offer limited international shipping to select countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us directly — we may be able to accommodate.

How long does shipping take?

For in-stock "Ready to Ship" items, please allow 2–3 business days for processing, plus transit time. Made-to-order and custom pieces typically ship within 4–12 weeks once production is complete, depending on the complexity of the design.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We ship all orders fully insured via trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. If you need your order rushed, please contact us prior to purchase so we can arrange expedited options for you at an additional cost.

How does international shipping work?

International orders are shipped via DHL or UPS International and are fully insured. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees associated with international shipments. Rosier Fine Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
